KDM- Congratulates Students of the Month, Angelina Yan (1st Grade) and Elizabeth McNinch (4th Grade). Angelina is an excellent role model for her classmates. She is always willing to help out her teacher and other students in her class. Elizabeth works hard on any task she is presented with, helps others when asked to, quietly works independently, and works well in groups.

Greetings and Happy New Year!
At last night’s reorganization meeting of the Rockaway Township Board of Education, three board members were sworn in, and the board elected a new president and vice-president.
Both Lisa Mezik (incumbent) and Alison McGeary were sworn into the “three-year term:” Noel Anderson was sworn into the “two year – unexpired term.” In addition, the board elected Tanya Shields and Lisa Mezik as the new president and vice-president, respectively.
I congratulate all our newly elected board members. More importantly, I thank all our board members for their unwavering dedication and service to the Rockaway Township school community.
