Dear 2nd Grade and 5th Grade Parents,
We are aware that you are having difficulty in submitting proof of residency documents on Genesis and via fax due to technical difficulties. As we look into resolving this issue, parents are advised to submit the form and proof of residency documents to your child’s respective school office. Please do not send it to the Administration Building.
